Executive Leadership

Allie Langan M.Ed., BCBA
CEO, Co-Founder
Allie is a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Florida, known for her commitment to supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs as well as the families who care for them. Her journey in the field began at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and developed a deep interest in understanding human behavior and learning.
Motivated to make a meaningful impact, Allie went on to complete her master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of West Florida. She became a BCBA in 2020 and has since built a diverse portfolio of experience across multiple service settings. Her work spans schools, homes, group homes, and community environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges families face and the practical strategies that can truly make a difference.
In addition to her clinical work, Allie is the creator and host of the ABA MOM podcast, where she brings her expertise and lived experience together to explore topics relevant to the special needs community. Through honest conversations, educational insights, and real-world stories, she strives to empower caregivers, professionals, and families navigating the world of developmental disabilities.
Outside of her professional life, Allie is a devoted mother of five. She cherishes time spent with her children, whether they’re exploring Florida’s theme parks, enjoying outdoor adventures, or simply soaking up the sunshine together. Her personal and professional worlds blend seamlessly, fueling her passion for helping families build stronger connections, develop effective tools, and enhance their overall well-being.

Tracy Smith MSW, BCBA
CEO, Co-Founder
Tracy relocated to Palm Coast in 2020 after previously residing in Missouri. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri in 2015, completing a minor in Developmental Disabilities. During her graduate studies, she interned at the University of Missouri’s Institute of Human Development, where she contributed to grant-funded initiatives supporting veterans and college students with disabilities.
Her early professional experience also includes serving as a case manager in a residential home for adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Tracy later advanced into a leadership role, managing the home for two years and overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and individualized support plans.
Since moving to Florida, Tracy has become a practicing Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She provides services across school, home, and community settings, collaborating with educators, families, and nonprofit entities to support individuals with diverse needs. Her work applies evidence-based practices to help individuals build meaningful skills and improve quality of life

Sharon Holloway
Board Chair
Sharon relocated to Palm Coast in 2014 after living in Indiana. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming from Ivy Tech. With nearly three decades of experience in marketing, advertising, client management, and consumer relations, she has also served in leadership roles across several nonprofit organizations.
Her dedication to the I/DD community is both professional and deeply personal. As the mother of a son on the autism spectrum, Sharon has firsthand experience navigating the complex systems, daily challenges, and emotional realities that special needs families encounter. This lived perspective, combined with years of coaching in Special Olympics and volunteer work, has given her an empathetic understanding of Autism and other developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Sharon brings professional expertise and personal insight to every aspect of her advocacy. She is committed to strengthening supports for individuals with disabilities and ensuring families feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Daniel Langan
Treasurer
Daniel has been a resident of Palm Coast since 2005. He brings extensive experience supporting individuals and families across educational, residential, and community settings. He was previously in Flagler County Schools as a Paraprofessional in the ASD unit, where he supported students with autism in developing communication, daily living, and social skills.
Daniel spent five years with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, working alongside the court system, families, and youth to support positive outcomes. He later served as a Group Home Manager and now supervises multiple group homes, providing leadership, supporting staff, and ensuring individuals receive quality care focused on independence and life skills.
Daniel is also the founder and CEO of Behavior Gurus, LLC, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company focused on helping individuals build independence and life skills. As Treasurer, he is committed to transparency, accountability, and supporting the organization’s mission to expand life skills and respite opportunities for the community.

Kimberly Harrell
Secretary
Kimberly is a resident of Palm Coast with extensive experience serving individuals with autism and related disabilities. She holds certification in Early Childhood Education and has worked as a paraprofessional within Flagler Schools, supporting students with diverse learning needs.
In addition, Kimberly has experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician, providing positive behavior supports that complement her educational background and broaden her approach to working with individuals and families.
As a homeschooling mother of two daughters, Kimberly brings both professional and personal insight into individualized learning and child development.
Her role as a Special Olympics Coach further reflects her commitment to advocacy and inclusion. Through this work, she has developed a strong ability to connect with athletes and to understand the daily challenges faced by families within the intellectually and developmentally disabled community.
